Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between TripleFrontSeat LLC ("we," "us," "our") and the person or business subscribing to our services ("you," "Customer"). By starting a free trial, subscribing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that company.

01The Services

We provide an AI voice agent that answers and handles inbound phone calls for your business. Depending on your configuration, the agent can answer questions, take details, and book appointments onto your calendar.

Each plan tier includes a monthly allotment of call minutes, described at the point of purchase. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features. If we materially reduce a feature you rely on, we will give you notice and you may cancel under Section 5.

02Free Trial and Cancellation Before Charge

• We collect a payment method at signup, but no charge is made during the seven-day trial.
• To cancel, use the billing portal link in your signup confirmation, or email us at the address in Section 09. Cancellation during the trial is effective immediately and no charge is created.
• If you do not cancel before the end of the seventh day, your paid subscription begins automatically and the fee for your first billing term is charged to the payment method on file, at the price shown when you subscribed.
• The trial is offered once per customer, for evaluating the Services.
• If your payment method is missing or fails at the end of the trial, the subscription cancels rather than converting, and the Services stop.

03Fees, Billing, and Taxes

• Fees are charged in advance for each billing term — monthly or annual, as selected at signup — to the payment method on file.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price for your plan, until cancelled.
• Annual plans are billed once per year and reflect a discount against the monthly rate.
• We will give at least thirty (30) days' notice by email before any price increase. You may cancel before it applies.
• Prices are exclusive of tax. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout and added to your total.
• If a charge fails, we may retry it. If it continues to fail, we may suspend the Services until payment succeeds.

04Included Minutes and Additional Usage

Each tier includes a set number of call minutes per billing period, stated at the point of purchase. Unused minutes do not roll over.

If you reach your included minutes before the period ends, you may purchase additional usage or upgrade to a higher tier. Additional usage and upgrades are charged at the rates shown at the time of purchase. We do not charge you for overage automatically — additional usage is something you choose to buy. If you neither purchase additional usage nor upgrade, the agent may stop handling calls until your next billing period begins.

05Cancellation After the Trial

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal or by emailing us.

• Cancellation stops future renewals. The Services remain active through the end of the term you have paid for, then stop.
• Fees already paid are not refunded, in whole or in part, except where required by law or where we state otherwise in writing. Any separately purchased setup or build fee is governed by the refund terms stated at the time of that purchase.
• There is no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment beyond the current term.

06Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information, scripts, calendars, and instructions you provide to configure your agent.
• Ensuring your use complies with all laws that apply to you, including call recording and consent laws in every jurisdiction where your calls originate or terminate. Many jurisdictions require notice or consent before a call is recorded or handled by an automated system. Compliance is your responsibility.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Obtaining any consent required from the people your agent interacts with.

You may not use the Services to place or handle unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or fraudulent calls, to impersonate another person or business, or to violate the rights of others.

07Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access immediately, with notice where practicable, if you breach Section 06, if your use creates a legal or security risk, or if fees remain unpaid after a failed charge.

08Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you provide and the content of calls handled on your behalf. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide, secure, and support the Services.

Providing the Services requires sending call audio and transcripts to third-party infrastructure and model providers. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.

On termination, you may request an export of your data within thirty (30) days, after which we may delete it.

09Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI voice agents can misunderstand, misstate, mis-book, or fail to complete a call. You are responsible for reviewing outcomes that matter to your business, including bookings made on your behalf. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular call will be handled correctly. Availability may be affected by telephony carriers, model providers, and other third parties outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations or to liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, you may cancel under Section 05.

• Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
• Disputes. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally first. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Services.
• Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
