Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

This policy explains what information TripleFrontSeat LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. It covers our website and our voice agent services.

Two groups of people are described here: our customers (businesses that subscribe) and callers (the people who phone those businesses and speak with an agent).

01What we collect

From our customers: name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, and the configuration you provide — your hours, services, pricing, scripts, and the calendar you connect.

From callers: the audio of the call, a transcript of it, the phone number the call came from, the time and duration, and whatever the caller tells the agent — which typically includes their name, contact details, and what they are calling about.

Calls are recorded and transcribed. This is how the service works: the agent has to hear the caller to respond, and the transcript is what lets a booking be made and later checked.

Payment information is collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers. We receive the last four digits, card brand, and whether a charge succeeded.

Technical information from our website: IP address, browser type, pages viewed. We do not use advertising trackers.

02How we use it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your call content to train our own models.

03Who we share it with

Delivering the service requires sending information to other companies. We share only what is needed for them to do their part:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights and safety of people. If we are acquired or merge, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

A current list of the providers we use is available on request at the address in Section 09.

04Call recording and consent

Laws about recording calls and about automated systems handling them vary by state and country. Some require that one party consent, some require all parties, and some require a spoken disclosure at the start of the call.

If you are our customer, meeting those requirements for your calls is your responsibility. You decide what your agent says, where your business operates, and who it speaks to. We give you the ability to include a recording disclosure in your agent's greeting, and we recommend you use it.

If you are a caller and you would prefer not to speak with an automated agent or be recorded, you may end the call and contact the business directly by another method.

05How long we keep it

06Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to call content is limited to people who need it to operate or support the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

07Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your information, and you may ask us to stop processing it. Write to the address in Section 09 and we will respond within the time the law allows.

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR — such as the right to know what we hold, to delete it, to a copy of it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information as those laws define it.

If you are a caller and want the recording or transcript of your call deleted, contact the business you called. They control that data; we act on their instructions. You may also write to us and we will help route the request.

08Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

09Changes and contact

We may update this policy. If a change is material, we will notify customers by email before it takes effect, and the date at the top will change.
